Pozíció leírása / Job description

Your tasks would be:
• Handling the most complex cases independently and providing support to the team members;
• Managing daily case distribution and priorization;
• Monitoring the daily performance of the team via checking the individuals’ worklist;
• Actively participating in daily operational calls with the Service Delivery team and in the daily team meetings;
• Playing an integral role in process improvement, desktop procedures update and Bright Idea submission and coordination;
• Proactively supporting organizational projects and maintaining good relationship with stakeholders and other teams;
• Taking ownership for self-development and coaching colleagues via training planning and implementation of the new joiners;
• Supporting the team lead as a backup person during annual leaves via taking ownership for meeting participation, presentation and team coordination;
• Acting as a go-to contact person to stakeholders and other teams within the HRSS organization

Elvárások / Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
• Shared Services experience (1-2 years)
• Participation in global projects
