Our client is a software engineering company, specialized in designing and developing of custom-made high-end software solutions, and they are establishing a brand new team in Budapest to provide support for our internal teams in Switzerland, Hungary, Portugal, Vietnam and Singapore.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

 Coordinate the establishment of the new service desk in Budapest, in close cooperation with Switzerland
 Take on the personnel and technical management of a team with two service desk agents in the new organization
 Be operationally involved in the new organization
 Create, analyze and, if possible, resolve fault reports
 Provide customer service within the scope of the 1st level support
 Be responsible for proactive detection of problems and recording them in our ticketing tool
 Monitor of open processes and communicate regularly with our customers regarding the solution process


Elvárások / Requirements

 Professional experience in IT support or a service desk
 Experience with ticketing and knowledge base tools
 Strong communicator; customer and service-oriented personality
 Very good German and English skills
 ITIL Foundation certification is an asset
 High degree of self-responsibility and initiative
 Independent and solution-oriented work
 Commitment and willingness to take responsibility for "your" tickets and their entire life cycle
 Happy to support others, a lot of motivation and a positive attitude
 Initial leadership experience is an asset
