This job is responsible for assisting HR Manager in gamut of HR activities mainly Learning & Development,

Hiring, Orientation, Employee Engagement & data management.

The purpose is to improve existing HR processes/ employee services & provide close support to employees for building a high performing organization.

Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders - plant teams, India & regional teams, HR vendors etc

Manage various HR audits - ISO, Internal audit & data management

Role:

- Develop & implement the training plan, identify training needs, design & launch training programmes, follow up on completion & effectiveness of various trainings, implement new tools in employee development
- Manage end to end hiring for clerical, junior staff & mid level management, implement effective mix of hiring sources. Improve organization attractiveness
- Implement effective onboarding to maximize transfer of knowledge and skills during the onboarding process and ensure a positive onboarding experience
- Develop and implement employee engagement interventions that improve employee engagement & support teams in achieving their objectives through high performance
- Support in development & new process implementation in HR domain
- Support any other HR improvement initiatives & projects as required

6 to 8 years - HR Generalist (Manufacturing Domain ONLY) & MBA/PG in HR

CTC Offered: upto 8.5 Lpa

(M.B.A/ PGDBM (Human Resources) from major university
Desirably a background in MNC manufacturing organization

Good level of computer literacy with spread sheets, word processing and presentations

Good communication & interpersonal skills, at all levels, and ability to foster good working relationships
Creative thinker & mutli tasking ability

Approx. 6-7 years of experience in HR Genaralist role)
