?� Candidate should be well versed with local land rules and regulation and understanding of various land records
� Working relations with Urban Development, Town Planning, Tehsildar, SDO, Collector (District Revenue Officer), Forest department, Irrigation department, all related government department
� Attending /Government offices to obtain statutory approvals as and when required
� Meeting various revenue officials to seek clarifications on the title related issues
� Represent the company in any legal/court cases and enable smooth passage of the cases, in co-ordination and support with legal/ portfolio/ administrative/ regional support.
� Coordination with internal / external departments (Govt & Statutory Bodies) & seeking NOCs from all requisite bodies / departments
� Drafting of agreement to sale, sale deed, memorandum of understanding, affidavits, etc
� Drafting of Preliminary Due Diligence Report
� Handling land registration
� Assiting the external counsel in the preprartion and finalization of TSR
� Providing clarifictions for queries raised by Lenders wrt TSR
� Should have Good rapport with local officials
� Good convincing power and negotiation skills
