?Assists manager with the daily oversight and management of daily activities over a group of representatives and/or advisors that handle basic to moderately complex client requests. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members. Create a team environment. Manages performance through reward and recognition as well as ongoing coaching in all areas of performance. Manage work assignments and workloads to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. May assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities and workflow. Handles complex escalations and unresolved requests from team members. Understands the end-to-end sales, service and fulfillment process and coaches individuals on new product and compliance processes and requirements. Assures compliance with procedures, service level agreements and controls. Partners with manager to prepare performance reviews. Prepares audits of associate performance management metrics that drive performance improvement. Independently consults and collaborates with business partners and clients to ensure client requirements are fully met for services requested. Integrates six-sigma methodology to monitor and improve the effectiveness of overall processes to achieve client excellence. May manage a small portfolio of clients. Must lead people to perform, institutionalize quality error-free processes and communicate crisply and candidly to drive client delight.

?� Work with Team, Business Partners and Clients to provide and promote quality service solutions:
� Provide proactive advisory services to clients
� Log, investigate and resolve all enquiries in a timely/accurate manner in accordance with Service Levels
� Provide consistent service and keep clients informed on status of all outstanding enquiries
� Liaise with local/overseas Banks, Business Partner�s and Preferred Banking Partner�s at all levels
� Analyze monthly client enquiry statistics to identify trends and recurring issues
� Attend, prepare and drive internal/external client meetings and/or presentations
� Market Treasury Service initiatives, successes and strengths to new/existing clients
� Actively participate in client planning and RFP processes
� Participate in assigned local and/or regional projects as required
� Provide back up support to other ops personnel and be a team player
