?1. Team Management: he/she is in charge of contracting, onboarding, training (sales and technical skills) his/her team who has to be build up between young and experienced people. His/her team is compounded of Area Sales Managers and SDOs with support of 2 Senior ASM. He/she has to evaluate their skills and performance through the annual appraisal and propose training program to HR department.
2. Achieve sales targets: his/her goal is to improve Turn Over and Margin on the defined area by introducing new varieties, managing prices and discounts, prospect for new reliable customers. He/she has to build up strategic schemes in coordination with the other NSM in order not to disturb the global growth of the company, to follow and drive main customers and business actors (vendors, nursery, key projects�).
3. Local politics: he/she has to participate to local seeds associations, university conferences, local agricultural shows... He needs to be involved in the agricultural local context and organize farmers training, be in perpetual contact with the ground to anticipate local issues (complaints, registrations�).
4. Market data collection: he/she has to become a local expert by permanently doing benchmark on competitors, getting market information from his/her team, local authorities, customers, tenders� All these informations have to be summarized on a monthly basis to Marketing and GM.
5. Forecast proposal and follow up: he/she has to train, control and amend the various forecast prepared by his/her team. He/she is responsible for fixing the sales target of his/her team members, to follow up the forecast completion and propose correction if needed.
6. Cash recovery: in compliance with HM.Clause policy and in constant relationship with Financial department he/she has to ensure the monthly cash collection of the customers. He/she has to follow up and block the deliveries to non-reliable customers.

7. Cost management: as team Manager he is in charge of following and optimizing the expenses of his fellows such as partner invitations, free seeds, travel expenses� to optimize HM.Clause India cash flow.
8. Communication: to support sales increase and market presence, he/she has to build up the annual communication plan with the other NSM and in near collaboration with communication department. Strict follow up of this plan has to be respected.
9. Specific assignation: according to the area of expertise and skills of the candidate special assignments can be given for the development of HM.CLAUSE India business and success.
