?Major Responsibilities:

Business Development / Marketing

Developing Key strategies to augment business including exploring new business prospects and directing sales offices to materialize those prospects.
Utilizing market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
� Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.

� Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.

� Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability.

� Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.

Product Launches & Promotions

Devising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for launching of new products.
Streamlining pre-existing processes to enhance efficiencies, while minimizing operational time & costs.
Conceptualizing & implementing sales promotional activities for brand building & market development.
� Promotional activities such as News Releases, Website Development and comprehensive Product Catalogues.

Distributor / Channel Management

� Carrying out Export in prospective potential areas along with Sales team & various dealers.

Promoting our business through existing/adding new Channel partners
Appointing dealers, evaluating their performance & monitoring distributor sales & marketing activities.
Responsible for credit control & timely remittances from the market.
Team Management

Working in close coordination with HR in building a Export Marketing Team
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Conducting training sessions & in house forums to boost the technical skills of the associates.

Product Management & Planning
� Facilitating effective pricing decisions based on parameters like cost, competitor prices, target markets, positioning, market monitoring and profitability.

� Responsible for overall profitability of operations and accountable for strategic utilization of available resources.

� Identifying product gaps with respect to those offered by competitors and market.

� Reviewing and interpreting competition after in-depth analysis of market information for providing inputs to modify / restructure marketing strategies.

� Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.
