job description

?5 to 10 Years of experience in HR Analytics
Should have experience in Manage SAP HRIS for HR MIS, HR Dashboards, Compensation Analysis & Background Check
Data Support for Internal / External requirements
Maintaining of Own employee records that includes compensation, Background check information and manage all HRIS systems
Generate HR MIS and analytics for people decisions
Create and own people policies and processes
Participate in people budgeting exercise
Update database for all employee movements, reporting changes, leave record management etc.
Liaise with external partners for system development
Own the payroll process and liaise with the payroll partner for efficient and error free processing of salaries and Over Time etc
Manage HR document library
Manage Quarterly HR Audits and liaise with external Auditors
Manage entire employee lifecycle processes example: joining & exit process, onboarding process, final settlements etc.
Work on predictive analytics projects
Work on process improvement & HR Technology Projects
Generating Offers Letters
HR Analytics support for HR Head
Automation of HR Processes, HRIS (Success Factors), Basic SAP HR knowledge, Time Sheets etc
Very Good Communication & Presentation skills
Job Location is Hyderabad
