- Smooth Digital Operation (Infrastructure and Applications)
- Support the implementation and roll out of ISO27001 and GDPR.
- SLA and OLA driven setup
- Monitoring and securing green light operation
- Compliance on IUR
- Develop internal NPS on CDO
- Process Excellence on CDO (Digital Excellence)
- Drive own team
- Ensure Interact with L1-L3 support on IMS / AMS
- Consistent and relevant internal communications - to executives, peers and employees
- Handling of internal cost-center setup for CDO
- Optimization of large-scale partnership contracts with focus on IUR
- Cost reduction of CDO / FTE on an annual basis
- Annual digital infrastructure, capacity and financial budgeting
- Software and cloud capacity procurement
- Licensing and related legal compliance

qualification

?Education
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Technology
- Master degree, in Business and Administration, or similar is preferable (commercial and IT in combination is an advantage)
Experience
- 15+ years of total experience within IT Services industry
- 5+ years of managing the operations of large-scale IT business (international and 2000+ FTE)
- Both for Infrastructure and Applications primarily running or private or public cloud
- 5+ years of total cost ownership for IT Operations
- Should have handled business line level ownership with clear business cost linked objectives
- Expert level competency in understanding, articulating and conceptualizing emerging digital trends with regards to IT operations to C-level
- Demonstrable global outlook and ability to work in culture-neutral manner
- Professional Persona
- You have a passion for operations and demonstrate clear thought leadership within the subject matter
- You have a point of view on the impact of digital transformation of an organization.
