� Jenkins Tool Support
� Good to have knowledge on any Source Code Management Tool (like GIT, MKS)
� Willing to learn and accept challenges and new responsibilities
� Strong attention to detail and accuracy
� Strong analytical skills to support independent and effective decisions
� Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution;
� Good human relations skills for relating with customers effectively

� The ability to prioritise your workload
� Knowledge of programm languages (perfered python) is a plus
� Knowledge of the HPSM-Tool is a plus
� Knolwedge of Jenkins and Continuous Integration is a plus

Duties/areas of responsibility:
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility
� Monitoring the Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins systems)
� Troubleshoot potential issues, reporting all conditions incurred
� Stay up to date with system information, changes and updates
� Escalating issues where necessary
� Providing Continuous Integration support
� Supporting and maintaining Tools provided by the Software Engineering Tools Group
� Analysing Issues and solving them or inform the technical experts
� Maintaining a Knowledge Database
� Preparing documents and statistics
� Performing basic administrative support duties, as required, to meet specific operational objectives
� Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers
� Follow standard processes and procedures
