?PURPOSE:
To support BPPL Devices to achieve the sales set target and improve the accounts profit margin and its market share.
To manage and support the MEDRAD devices business in India and seek synergy collaboration with OEMs & new business opportunity for devices business.
Leverage on available resources and optimize return on investment.
To execute brand/product strategies in the short, mid and long term to achieve set goals under the supervision of BU head.
Coordination and management of clinical professional education program, device operational use and marketing events. To manage various with key stakeholder / customer / KOLs for a sustainable long-term business.


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve set top line set target for Medrad devices, consumables & Disposables.
Establish and maintain Key Account database for the designated area with the aim to develop value propositions of each accounts, customer portraits and analyze potential accounts for strategies, action plan and resources planning & execution.
To manage MEDRAD devices business of India (North/East/South) to meet the set target.
Responsible for the brand planning and marketing activities implementation of the Radiology business under the supervision of BU head.
Responsible for the planning and implementation of co-promotion strategies to improve in-licensing devices business.
Co-ordinate with internal devices team to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute the tender (key account) strategy.

qualification

?Bachelor or Degree in Business or Biomedical.
At least with 10-12 years of sales and marketing experience.
Experience in Key Account Management or working experience in Radiology devices related products.
Strong contacts with good relationship with OEMs, KOLs and HCPs in Radiology.
Good strategic, planning and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
