job description

?The position is responsible for completing and/or overseeing maintenance of all systems
for office building including HVAC (heating ventilation air conditioning), security,
telecommunications, electrical and fire safety.
? Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception,
security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
? Administer and routinely update/refresh the office supplies, asset, and office equipment
inventories.
? Manage the facility including office supplies, asset, office equipment inventories, facility
cleanliness, equipment, maintenance, space design etc
? Responsible for vendor and contract management- negotiate and coordinating with
vendors, maintain strategic vendor relationships, perform vendor identification and
verification as per set guidelines, monitor vendor performance, and provide front end
support.
? Audit vendor invoices, receipts and bills, TDS and GST payments for accuracy and price
consistency against contracts

?8+ years of professional experience in Facilities Management in an MNC environment.
? Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred.
? Excellent written and verbal English, basic proficiency in Hindi & Telugu preferred.
? Excellent inter-personal communication skills and negotiation skills.
? Excellent project management skills.
? Strategic and creative thinker with strong work ethic.
? High attention to details and knack for infra management & procurement.
? Can think and work independently with minimum supervision.
