???Support and achieve revenue targets through effective management of the presales function
??Develop and maintain platform related rate cards, agreements and proposals catering to different markets and accounts
??Conceptualize, develop and maintain platform related collaterals in the form of presentation, brochures, infographics and
presentations
??Conceptualize, develop and maintain industry-specific use cases / user journeys in multiple formats
??Develop and maintain library of standard templates and presales resources covering all the above
??Conceptualize and develop account specific pitch presentations, workshop resources and summaries.
??Undertake regular competitive benchmarking at various levels
??Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.
??Develop and maintain collaterals, agreements, rate cards, brochures related to the platform partner program
??Manage the partner onboarding process along with account and sales managers
??Recruit, coach, control, manage, and evaluate the performance of a growing team of presales professionals catering to multiple markets
??Implement presales processes that address differences across geographical sales regions
??Review and assess the implementation of the presales process and contribute to continuous improvement

qualification

???Minimum 12 years of relevant experience including heading national / regional presales teams
??Post-graduation in management
??Strong exposure to selling creative, technology services preferably in Cloud solutions, marketing automation and communications.
??Successful track record in a senior presales role of delivering results in line with goals
??Proven, hands-on experience in successfully growing, managing and motivating a presales team
??In-depth understanding of presales processes to support successful sales delivery
??Excellent written and spoken communication skills; creative skills in developing presentations, collaterals, user journey flows
??Passionate with willingness to take full responsibility for the given role
??Strong organizational, time management, concept/ solutions selling skills
