� Identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources and manage complete recruitment process to meet various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
� Source & screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds
� Collaborate with the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies
� Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
� Manage the entire staffing process (i.e., recruiting, screening, interviewing, conducting tests and selecting employees) to fill vacant positions throughout the organization
� Work with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
� Train fellow Recruiters & nurture them to the expected level and distributing requirements among hiring team as per priority
� Create, implement and execute a roadmap to ensure hiring of excellent tech talent from premier Engineering colleges.
� Develop and manage relationships with placement officers, department heads, alumni and student organizations from Universities
� Keep abreast of relevant innovations in Recruiting, Marketing and Events and use that knowledge to improve best practices.

?� A proven record of accomplishment with excellent academic background preferably a Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed Institute.
� The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Technology Recruitment / University Recruitment and be ready to take on a new challenge
� 7-10 years of progressive HR & Recruitment experience in fast paced, high tech environment with responsibility for driving and implementing recruitment strategies and business solutions
