?Handle regional sales team, leads the business development with identifying new customers and programs to fuel our growth.
Leads and facilitates strategy development in support of business objectives evaluating growth, profitability, path to market, channel, and partnership strategy and presents recommendations to the Business leadership team.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for the sales process and service to customers.
Achieves and exceeds revenue targets by winning new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
Should possess the responsibility of P&L function.
Key interface with major EPC, OEMs in the region. Provide leadership on target account development.
Selects, trains, supervises and evaluates Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Engineers.
Manages, coaches and motivates Sales staff; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates work assignments.
Identifies department issues, problems, and opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives.

?Engineering Degree in Instrumentation (or equivalent), MBA or other Sales/Marketing Experience Preferred.
+25 yeas to 45 years of experience in an industrial automation sector; Control & Instrumentation, core competency in DCS and PLC sales growth.
Broad based knowledge of sales planning and management.
Strategy development for multiple territory sales regions.
Should have broad based knowledge of sales forecasting, sales call planning and be current with current trends in sales force manage.
Ability to train and coach sales team.
