job description

?Lead the development, design, continuous improvement and support the implementation of GbS (Service Management) processes within GbS, in order to deliver the GbS services in an end-to-end, high quality, integrated, consistent, cost efficient and transparent way.

The Position:

� Designing and setting up the internal GbS processes, related governance, and meeting structure. Example of processes: Demand management process from collecting and processing inputs from different channels (account management, service desk, etc.), Service Lifecycle process, Incident, escalation, complaint and compliment Management, Request Management.
� Embed and implement the defined standards in the GbS organization, delivering the future mode blueprint and process materials and secure adherence.
� Overall responsibility for effective and efficient of execution of GbS processes for all function
� Manage the change management process of internal GbS processes, and support in the change control process
� Execute process evaluations of internal GbS processes, by among others executing compliance reviews from a quality and process management perspective
� Lead and/or support in process optimization initiatives which are related to internal GbS processes
� Collaborate with Service Change department on execution of projects related to internal process changes
