?requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
Responsible for coordination with shared service in monthly payroll processing and other benefit administrative duties including retirement schemes and insurance schemes.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Manage and update employee records in HRIS system and provide support in the maintenance of various HR systems;
Provide professional HR services to the designated business units including recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, day-to-day HR operations, employee relations and handle employee enquiries on HR issues; Formulates HR policies & procedures; implement, monitor and follow-up on compliance issues;
Design and Implement Performance Management Plan.
Compile regular reports for management review.
Develop and maintain vendor relationship. Implement sourcing strategies to cut cost and drive continuous improvement in all aspect of administration functions.
Finalization of purchase orders and agreements for administrative services.
Leading of day to day management and delivery of the facilities and administration teams including the management of the outsourced partners to create an efficient and customer centric function.
General Administration including office maintenance, travel booking, monitoring monthly attendance, monitoring housekeeping & office boys and ensuring compliances.
Competency Management: Identifying technical / behavioral training needs of employees and organizing suitable training programs for competency development.
Identification, application of Training Module to align all of different Industry background to Companys own requirement.
Formulation of Organogram structure with each Job profile & position along with carrier path of each position.
Establishment & support HR & Administration services at site during Construction stage & Terminal Continuous Operation Stage.
Compliance of labor laws at site.
