?Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Recruitment and Induction:
Responsible for operational human resource issues including hiring, performance reviews, retention, legal compliance, complaints, termination reviews, transfers, and communications.
Training and Development:
Assesses employee-training needs and develops and delivers training programs for all employees. Provides specific Corporate sponsored training programs, as required.
Performance Management:
Formulate and standardize Performance management system to reward employees for their achievements and to identify and create leaders for future. Create strong second line of succession by continuous training, sharing, mentoring and delegation of responsibilities.
Grievance Redresseal:
Redress Employees Grievances as and when required
Internal Customer Satisfaction:
Counsels and assists management on issues such as: partner &Leadership training, staffing requirements/recruiting strategies, workforce adjustments, employee discipline, labor agreement (if applicable), and safety issues.
OD Intervention:
Employee Engagement through celebration of birthdays, Annual Day, Open Forum Outdoors Excursions, Suggestions Scheme& Change Mgt.
System Implementation:
Actively participate in Customer Social Accountability Audits & ensure statutory compliances as required. Creating a continuous improvement/process oriented department
Industrial Relations:
Manages the labor relations and contract administration responsibilities in the plant including: facilitating a partnership with the union bargaining committee, sitting at the table for labor contract negotiations, and administering 2nd and 3rd step grievances (Union Facility).
Legal Compliance:
Submits required government reports on a timely basis for the division. Communicates these goals and regulations to management as an ongoing part of the employment process.
HR Administration:
Salary & Wage Administration General Administration-viz Communication Mgmt, Canteen Mgmt, Transport Mgmt, Safety etc
