?Job description - Learning & Development

- To manage the corporate induction program across all divisions and all roles.
- Be on top of emerging concepts and trends in L &D and proactively apply them to engage learners
- Design, execute and evaluate all leadership and soft skills development programs globally.
- Identify and hire trainers, negotiate contracts, and partner with trainers to design and delivery programs
- Own the L & D budget
- Roll out and maintain our new learning management system
- Define and track metrics to measure effectiveness of all L & D initiatives and its impact on business
- Build training and development activities in support of the companys strategic plan including management and leadership development.
- Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
- Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
- Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.

Performance Management

- Work with managers to identify performance goals and objectives, standards of measurement and accountability.
- Develop and monitor departmental goals and objectives and annual operational/work plan.

Organizational Development

- To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Organizations ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
- To develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to support all the associate/s and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing an enterprise wide learning strategy, preferably in a service industry
- Strong passion to help people learn and grow
- Familiarity with learning concepts, platforms and best practices
- Sharp business acumen; should be able to design programs independently
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Specialization in Psychology and/or a professional certification in learning & development is a plus
