job summary:Randstad Technologes is hiring a Network Support Analyst to fill a 1 year contract in Nashville, TN. Qualified candidates should have 4+ years of experience supporting networks and applications via phone and on site. Primary Responsibilities in this role include creating and managing user accounts; deploy and support laptops, tablets and cell phones; troubleshoot application and network connectivity issues; escalate and manage trouble tickets to resolution. Technical skills required for a succesful contract include the ability to manage Active Directory and Exchange accounts, NTFS protocol experience, iOS deployment/management and familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticket tracking system.
