    Responsibilities
    The tasks of the inside sales representative in Laval:
    - Purchasing products and updating price lists
    - Perform the entry and follow-up of customer orders
    - Respond to delivery issues and merchandise returns
    - Perform follow-up and participate in the resolution of customer problems
    - Drafting of tenders, plans and specifications

    Qualifications
    - Experience in customer service in the manufacturing field
    - Experience taking orders over the phone
    - Knowledge of Word and Excel
    - Bilingual oral and written
    - Dynamism and motivation
    - Ease of learning and being a good team player are the qualities required for this position
    - Knowledge of an ERP system (an asset)
