    Primary purpose of the role:

    Create and develop content for soft skill and technical face to face and e-learning training programs and other learning and development interventions for internal audiences. (procurement and enterprise sustainability - system implementation)


    Key accountabilities:

    • Design and develop experiential learning activities including face to face training materials; participant resources and facilitator guides using PowerPoint, Quick Reference Guides and e-learning modules using articulate.
    • Work collaboratively with SMEs (i.e. frontline staff and people leaders) in the preparation of content to ensure a consistent approach is applied.
    • Procure, write and edit technical content for systems training to support end user training on system uplifts
    • Champion the agencie's values when making decisions, interacting with all stakeholders and when considering any aspect of the training program.
    • Design and publish all resources and material (including online and paper based) and ensure they provide appropriate support to the business.

    Essential requirements:
    • Pre-employment checks
    • Highly developed instructional design skills combined with eye for detail and an understanding of adult learning priciples.
    • An ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines.

    Typical experience:
    • A broad range of experience and education in instructional design and content development.
    • Experience with Articulate.
    • Experience in technical content development and document creation.

    Job title - Instructional Designer
    Pay rate - up to $700 per day plus super
    Location - CBD Flexible work arrangements
    Contract duration - up to 31/01/2023
