    Well established and highly successful office equipment distributor located in the Rydalmere area is in need of an experienced, self motivated and committed Internal Sales or Outbound Customer Service Representative to join a growing and high performing team.


    Your new position

    You will be part of a dynamic and close-knit high performing sales team who strive to continue revenue growth. Key responsibilities will include;

    • Provide prompt and exceptional customer service via phone and email
    • Make outbound calls to follow up on prospective leads
    • Enter customer orders and quotes
    • Update customers on ETAs on orders
    • Follow up suppliers for updates


    Your experience

    • Passion for customer service and being on the phone
    • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
    • Have high attention to detail and be results focused
    • Be able to pick up processes and systems quickly
