about the job
- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets, sales leads, growth and prospects, including developing and maintaining international business partners and contacts.
- Provide timely feedback / reporting to management regarding international sales performance, competitor activities, customer, and market expectation & requirements.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of all costing, pricing, sales, expenses, and related reports.
- Prepare and conduct proposals / presentations to customers, partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Explore new markets and potential customers to establish sales pipeline and opportunities for sales.
- To lead, coordinate and liaise with Suppliers, Partners and relevant departments / teams to ensure customer satisfaction and that requirements are met on timely basis.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
about the manager/team
Strong independent team reporting to the COO.
about the requirement
- Relevant degree / qualifications in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant sales experience dealing with overseas government is a must.
- Min. 5-10 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Proven track record in Sales.
- Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
