* Manage CNC cells. Achieve company objectives related to safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
* Promote company principles and programs such as OEE, 5S, kaizen, quality circles, lean manufacturing, etc.
* Manage and continuously improve policies, procedures, programs and operational activities. Motivate, train and direct employees.


* 5+ years of manufacturing management experience.
* 5+ years of supervisory or personnel management experience.
* 3+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
* Aerospace, Automotive or Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
* Analyzing all part drawings and set RFI tolerances for them.
* Analyze parts and determine how they need to run.
* Plan, direct and organize staffing needs of multiple shifts.
* Increase productivity and operational efficiency.
* Use structured problem-solving techniques to determine root cause and apply appropriate countermeasures.
* Initiate Kaizens and maintain the program throughout the department.
* Order common use spare parts for the departments.
* Resolve quality issues to ensure consistent product quality.
* Maintain effective production related policies and procedures.
* Establish and maintain effective training that includes documented procedures, visual work instructions and individual employee schedules.
* Conduct production capacity studies for manpower and equipment needs.
* Personnel management, assist in the hiring process, administer policies, assign duties, train employees, resolve concerns, give corrective actions as needed, promote positive employee relations, etc.
* Ensure a safe work environment and that safety procedures are followed.
* Improve process flow and productivity.
* Maintain production schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintain equipment and promote 5S throughout the department.
* Create a team-oriented department.
* Create and maintain departmental budget.
* Seek and achieve cost saving opportunities
* Supervise, motivate, train and evaluate emp.
