Job duties are varied and require independent judgement.

Managing the planning and scheduling of all training. Working with Facilitation Manager to ensure identified training plans are incorporated into the resource plan and are scheduled within the required timeline. Identifying and maintaining all resource requirements for training on an annual, quarterly and weekly basis. This includes balancing trainer resources as well as trainer expertise and certifications to meet the schedule. Monitoring and managing weekly enrolment. Maintaining trainer certification plans.

Other tasks that the job requires:
* Scheduling T3s (Train the Trainers)
* Supporting Facilitation Manager and Program Services Manager (all Programs):
* Reporting Needs (requests, support)
* Ensuring the Business needs are reflected in the schedule
* Working with Field Sales Training team to schedule training where they need to be included
* Development of reports that can be "consumed" by the business
