Role: Assistant Manager IT
Experience: 5+ years
Strong knowledge of LAN & WAN Networks
Expertise in Laptop, Desktop, Servers, Printers, Video Conferencing solutions, IP & SIP Telephony, Switches & Application Support.
Hands on Experience of Installation & Configuration of Alcatel & Mitel IP & SIP Phones.
Manage the deployment, maintenance, Upgrade and support of all IT Systems, including servers, Laptop, Desktop, Operating systems, telephones, Software and applications.
Maintain security of all Data Proprietary and provide complete backup of all computer systems in case of system failure & disaster.
Evaluate new equipment, software & processes continuously and recommend changes as appropriate and supervise their installation.
Communicate regularly with Executive Management and all end users.
Manage Financial aspects of IT Department including purchasing, Budgeting & Budgeting review.
Negotiate & administer vendor, outsourcer, and service Agreements.
Develop Standard Operating procedures and best practices including providing written protocol and guidance to end users.
Oversee provision of end user services including the helpdesk & technical support services.
