    As an IT Operations Technician, you will join a team of talented tech professionals and your duties will be the following:

    • Responsible for detailed support, software installations and problem solving
    • Work as a member of support team & perform duties to maintain operability of workstations and peripheral equipment such as printers,servers & network appliances
    • Work directly with clients and implementation teams
    • Provide client status reports as needed
    • Work effectively based on instructions & manuals & act independently to manage and coordinate resolution of issues

    • Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
    • 1+ years of experience in a Helpdesk roles/IT Support roles
    • Strong experience on Multiple OS and software application administration and installation
    • Experience in performing software installations
    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
