Job role is independently accountable for a large staff and has budgetary responsibilities.Skills are typically acquired through completion of a graduate degree in Business Management or equivalent and 10-12 years of experience in IT Management which includes experience in functional areas.Responsible for staff of functional analysts in commercial applications such as SAP, Enovia and Salesforce.Lead a team of developers that execute in these areas: expertise in multiple development tools/platforms, emphasis on Microsoft tools, with working knowledge/depth in security, infrastructure, integration, web services, web development, UI programming, database design and SQL stored procedures.Administers plans for efficient distribution of staff, implement lead measures and reviews lag measures to ensure sustainable controls are in place that drive compliance with appropriate quality.Collaborates with internal customers to ensure the efficient exchange of information and services across the area.
