key responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, development, and support of the company’s ICT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintaining and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure
- Handling installation, administration, and security of computer systems, networks, VPNs, and firewalls
- Managing Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, Office Suite)
experience
previous working experience as an IT Support
qualifications
- A degree in IT or a relevant field
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server & Client OS, Exchange, SQL Server, Office)
- Familiarity with networking, VPNs, firewalls, and security protocols
