qualifications
You are an ambitous IT support specialist or want to become one, with at least 3 year of relevant experience with supporting people having IT issues
· You have good technical knowledge of and have interest in Windows 10, O365, Mobile devices like scanners, PDA's, and IT-networking
· You have basic knowlegde of servers, ODBC and scripting
· You are interested in new IT technologies like IOT , arduino, AI, ML , RPA or already have experience with one of these
· You are eager to learn and grow, have an analytical & problem-solving mindset
· You want to work in a global context according to business needs and the processes that are linked to that. Complete proficiency in English is a requirement.
