Have you had a previous professional experience in a European Agency? Is your English fluent? Are you interested in working in a multicultural environment? 

We are looking for an Administrative assistant in Parma. 

Initial contract: three month assignment


Mandatory requirements:

  • Experience in handling and reviewing numerous document

  • Experience in IT tools (DMS, RAW)

  • Attention to details and experience in clerical administrative tasks (drafting letters, update database)

Behavioural competences:

  • Attention to the details

  • Team spirit and collaborative attitude

  • Proactivity

Knowledge of scientific concepts and experience of interaction with stakeholders will be an asset.

The person will be in charge of: 

  • Handle and register applications for Scientific Evaluation of Regulated Eu Products (Update excel monitoring table upload applications dossiers in DMS)

  • Collaborate with scientific officers and Administrative colleagues registering applications

  • Contribute to development of Question and Answers online tool
