Randstad Italia SpA - Division Inhouse Services is looking for a meticulous and proactive BACK OFFICE CHANNEL MARKETING.
Our Client is a global ICT Company.

He/She will report to the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager, within the Channel Marketing team, being responsible for Administration, Finance & Control (AFC) with a deep focus on Co-Marketing agreements with Top Customers in Open Market sales channel.

•Manage the AFC internal process for Co-Marketing agreements (Yearly and on Quarterly basis) with Top Customers in Open Market sales channel;
•Responsible for Budget application in the system (every quarter), supporting Channel Marketing Specialists, managing the related reports according with the plan & execution of Co-Marketing campaigns per each Key Account, ensuring the right time-to-market;
•Manage reports related to activities’ spending working in conjunction with CM Specialist and Finance administration, coordinating customer agreements in alignment with assigned budget;
•Support CM Specialists in maintaining a continuous control of developed activities through the CAT (Channel Activity Tracker);
•Create measurable ROI reports of the deployed activities including also the customer’s Promo share, Display share, Scorecards, etc.
•Ensure the complete diligence of administrative tasks (customer budgeting, financial tracking, timing plans, forecasts, etc.)


•University degree in Marketing/Management/AFC; Master and or any other further qualification in trade/retail marketing is a plus.
•Knowledge Background: Marketing & Administration management in international companies (preferred Consumer Electronics background).
•Computer skills: excellent MS Office knowledge (advanced Excel & Power Point is a must).
•Language knowledge: Very good written and spoken English. Also knowledge of Chinese language will be considered as a plus.
