The Randstad Professionals Division, specializes in search & selection of candidates in the middle and senior management, is engaged by company in the luxury sector in the search for an experienced with responsability on italian cluster:

                                                        HR MANAGER 


Main responsabilities:

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage recruitments including sourcing, assessment, pre-selection, advising managers on final selection and integration of new hires for HQ and Milano Offices;
  • Liaise with Local HR for all the Managerials/offices recruitments in the subsidiaries

Training & Development

  • Coordinate the training initiatives for the staff of her/his own perimeter
  • Manage the annual performance management process and the Talent review
  • Support the Brand HRD in all the consolidations and reports

Organization & Personnel Costs 

  • Manage staff costs planning process (Budget and reviews)
  • Under the supervision of the Brand HRD, manage the compensation/salary review process (WW scope)
  • Partner with managers to provide assistance for business transformation and change management processes

Other projects

  • Support specific projects as determined by the Group or by the Brand

Skills and qualifications:

  • Degree/Master in HR
  • Minimum HR experience of 5/6 years
  • Problem solving
