On behalf of our client, an interesting Food Delivery company, we are looking for an Operations Manager who leads the Customer Care team.

He/She will report directly to COO and will have to:

  • Ensure an accurate, punctual and efficient service to our customers.
  • Supervise the entire delivery process, from the time of order creation to delivery to the customer.
  • Be responsible for the correct resolution of any issues, for the development and improvement of the customer experience.
  • Provide the guidelines for our product implementations in the field of Operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Training and management of a team of 6+ people
  • Supervision of both order management and resolution of issues
  • Quality of delivery and customer experience 
  • Implementation logistic and customer service processes
  • Deep dive into data to identify the root of the problem and guide its resolution
  • Team development and training
  • Continuous improvement of the current operations system
  • Make business-critical decisions by balancing priorities and resources
