responsibilities

Communicate with the operator customers/ service supplier , collect requirements , analysis and solve their technical problems. Monitor the product quality performance, output weekly/monthly report. Monitor the call center/ online service quality , evaluate and help them improve. Responsible to provide technical support to customer/consumer/service center/ call center on site. Maintenance the knowledge base, provide Training. Manage reworks project. Manage product epidemic failure, crisis event.
