Global Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities:He/She will be to design and support the implementation of our Asset Care strategy in collaboration with the local maintenance managers;He/She will provide leadership and direction for the development of an Asset Care strategy that utilizes best practices to improve utilization and reliability of our assets;He/She will establish Asset Care standards for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance;He/She will improve performance of plant and processes with maintenance performance management best practices;He/She will establish a set of meaningful and effective KPI’s which will assist in to improve the effectiveness of maintenance and opex and capex spend;He/She will embed Lean- behavior/ mindset and supporting OEE, Breakdown & Malfunction rate, tracked daily per plant on Maintenance board /Production board;He/She will drive the full utilization of Computerized maintenance management systems for each site;He/She will support sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental footprint;He/She will work closely with the Global Engineer team on Early Equipment Management;He/She will be focused on Behavioral & Technical improvements in Production & Maintenance.
Desired Skills & Experience
The right candidate for this demanding position has substantial experience within global operations and maintenance.
Your qualifications should be:Engineer (M.Sc or B.Sc) or equivalent and with thorough knowledge within process installations and process equipment maintenance;Broad experience in Asset Care implementation in a manufacturing company and change management;Experience in CMMS utilization and implementation;Preferably experience from working in a similar role or as a Plant-/Maintenance manager;Practical knowledge regarding Reliability Centered Maintenance, Risk Based Maintenance, Conditioned Based Monitoring;Knowledge of Life Cycle Maintenance (from birth to decommissioning);Good networking skills and experience working in a multi-team environment;Very service minded and always aim for a solution "tailored to the customer";Ability to manage multiple and high-level priorities concurrently;Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP;Ability to read, write and speak English perfectly;Domestic and/or international travel is required up to 40% annually.
