To be the brand owner of regional *** across web content, functionality and analytics, this position requires the ability to manage projects and issues across multiple stakeholders and disciplines; understanding and use of technical systems, regional expertise to execute web activities for key *** web assets; communicate clearly (written and verbal); and influence and guide stakeholders utilizing best practices and most efficient options to meet objectives. This position requires the ability to manage multiple types of tasks at once and to be proactive and take initiative. Web operations ? Provide competitive analysis and recommendations to drive strategic direction for web channel. Participate in competitive assessments representing the regional perspective. ? Review regional sites and perform audits to ensure that content is technically credible in a timely and accurate manner.? Manage issues for all regional sites and collaborate with WW team and IT partners to ensure that the issues are prioritized and resolved.? Ensure that content is optimized for local language by updating terminology within translation memory where appropriate. ? Participate in IT projects representing regional needs ? requirements and testing.? Be central point of contact for the regional digital marketing teams ? communicating findings to teams, collecting inputs, and helping to optimize regional web operations processes. ? Partner with *** key stakeholders to represent regional business perspectives as well as drive new capabilities on webiste.? Lead regional specific web projects ? working closely with WW Digital Marketing team, IT team and other stakeholders to get alignment and determine what is needed to complete? Work closely with Translation Platform Program Manager and Web Content Management Platform Program Manager to ensure that processes from AEM and other systems are utilized and flowing correctly, and participate in input collection and provide

Must have qualifications:
・Experience in Web master / Web Operations manager
・Business level English ? Need to communicate regional requirements to global team written and verbally.
・Native level Japanese to manage website localization and translation projects.
・Proactive, self-starter and self-driven
・Team player. Requires frequent collaboration work with various stakeholders including WW Web PM and Japan sales team.
Preferred qualifications:
・Experience in content localization, translation traffic manager
・Business level English ? Need to communicate regional requirements to global team written and verbally.
・Native level Japanese to manage website localization and translation projects.
