We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager at Randstad Global Digital Factory about the program (Connect IT)As part of the strategy, Randstad is speeding up its digital capabilities and is aiming to work more closely together with the 38 countries in collective leadership. The program that will bring many of these developments together is Connect IT. Although it starts with the front office solution for the US, NL and Sweden, it will become the main platform (R-One) for all Randstad operating companies (opco’s) in the coming years. The R-One platform (build on Salesforce and Bullhorn technology) will be fully synchronized with omnichannel, data, marketing and IT services solutions. The challenge is to keep all roadmaps and priorities aligned while the core platform is being designed. We continue to roll out digital solutions to many different opco’s in parallel and that needs to fit with the design of the new platform. Vice versa, Connect IT needs to take the standards and roadmaps of other digital solutions into account. In addition, the business concepts are forming their plans that will impact digital priorities. your typical day includesAs the senior change manager you will act within the change management team, as the operations liaison responsible for the day to day Connect IT program to ensure change management goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frames. You drive strategy, development and execution of the change management approach by partnering with opco’s and global functions. You will positively impact the cooperation between the Digital Factory & local IT development centers, Business Concept Development teams, global functions and the Randstad operating companies in 38 countries. You will be working closely with communications experts from our strategic platform vendors, Salesforce and Bullhorn. You work on the 1) internal program change management with initial focus on the first deployment wave countries, the USA, Netherlands and Sweden, and 2) broader change management with stakeholders in the opco’s, local change managers / ambassadors and global functions to create transformational change. Together with the workstreams you drive and coordinate change management deliverables. Ensure the change management plan by reporting, measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of the change: employee adoption, usage and customer satisfaction surveys/research and follow-up and improvement. Drive change materials and update them based on the best practices of each wave. You are the change management expert and will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operations of the business. your responsibilities include lead the strategy, development and execution of the integrated change management approach by partnering with opco’s, global functions and the Connect IT team.ensure the alignment of program objectives to the corporate strategic plan and engage with senior leaders to deliver change plans.coordinate with work streams to drive the change management deliverables for prioritized capabilities.
