    This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, highly-motivated Junior Business Development Managers to join their team!

    Role:
    • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the company, its products and the markets which they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
    • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through leading engagement with key customers and prospects via the phone and email
    • Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organisation
    • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
    • This role grants real autonomy and offers an excellent scope for progression into more senior roles
    Requirements:
    • Educated to degree level
    • Comfortable working in target-driven environments
    • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confident engaging with individuals of all levels of seniority
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
