Advisory Support to Business Managers•Respond to inquiries and provide practical guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.•Support managers in addressing matters such as maternity leave, absences, flexible working requests, parental leave, and annual leave.•Offer employees clear information and support throughout the employee lifecycle, using sound judgment to ensure advice aligns with policies and employment law.•Conduct research and contribute to special projects, including policy reviews and other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Director/Manager.•Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management issues.•Support onboarding by assisting with first-day induction for new employees.Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding•Coordinate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition (TA) to manage vacancies, select appropriate advertising channels, and determine effective assessment methods.•Participate in interviews as required.•Prepare and issue employment contracts and complete onboarding documentation and system updates, including payroll.•Ensure hiring managers receive the appropriate onboarding tools and guidance for managing probation reviews.•Stay current on immigration regulations and ensure compliance.Temporary Staff Coordination•Liaise with the temporary staffing function and business managers to track and manage temporary staff deployment across business units.•Provide updates to HRBP on headcount, costs, and contract status.•Provide direction to relevant team members managing communication with business units regarding temporary staffing.Project & HQ Support•Assist the Head of HRBP in managing key projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and distributing updates to relevant stakeholders.HR Administration•Provide operational guidance to support staff on HR processes and procedures.•Ensure all HR administrative tasks are accurately completed, including data entry into HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, and other tools.•Maintain strict confidentiality in handling employee information.Internal & External Communication•Collaborate with the HRBP Senior Manager to ensure clear and timely communication of employee-related updates and changes.•Work closely with the Centers of Expertise (COE) to gather and distribute essential information within the HR team.
