- Company formation (creation of files, instruction, and coordination with agents)
- Communication with suppliers and agents worldwide
- Opening of bank accounts
- Monitoring and following up with new and actual clients
- Collaboration with authorities, legal entities, accountants, suppliers, and banks

qualifications
- BSc in Law
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of French is considered a plus
