    Responsibilities
    Bid/Costing Management
    Managing RFIs and RFPs (where applicable) alongside BDM, including gathering quotes from suppliers, obtaining rates from logistics and running costing.
    Renewing current programs, including gathering quotes from suppliers, obtaining rates from logistics and running costing.
    Project management
    Onboarding meetings and setting up Teamwork.
    Artwork development – Teamwork platform.
    Food Safety – monitoring timelines.
    Program management
    Regular team check-ins (CAS, logistics).
    Providing updates to commercial lead (BDM).
    Supplier performance management.
    Internal operational support
    Add new BPs to SAP.
    Prepare order form for CAS.
    Verify contracts created by CAS.

    Qualifications
    At least 4-5 years in sales in a retail environment (Ex: Walmart, Sobeys, IGA etc...)
    Looking for someone who is self-motivated
    Strong sales skills
    Someone who is good at solving problems
    English (spoken and written fluently)minimal French
    Dynamic, passionate and personable.
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    Working in a fast pace environment
    Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    Goal-oriented, organized team player
    Self-motivated and self-directed
    Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
    In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
    Eager to expand the company with new sales
    Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
    Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales/key account management with major food retailers
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Basic computer skills , knowledge of SAP an asset
    Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
    Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
    Frozen food experience an asset
