・Responsible for the management of our retail accounts (around 20 KAs) and distributor’s sales branches (2-3) which represents around 25% of our total retail business.・The purpose of the job is to grow the total OUR sales by listing new product, improving product awareness and availability, as well as enhancing trial purchase within the respective areas and accounts, by closely working and effectively managing the counterparts within our distributor, Itoham.・The position is also responsible for planning the allocation and most effective usage of promotional funds within the responsible areas and customers, as well as controlling the spending of such funds.・As a member of the retail team, the position contributes by preparing and progress tracking reports of sales and promotional funds for the group.
求められる経験
• University degree
• Deep knowledge of major Japanese retailer’s and wholesaler’s business operation
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and 5 years in KA management
• Experience working in an FMCG company at F&B industry
• Experience managing national key accounts
• Experience of distributor management
• Preferrable to have experience working at big food company (as basic skills acquired)
• Analytical and planning skills
• POS data analytical skills
• Negotiation, strategic and problem-solving skills
• Able to define potentials / issues
• Capable of drawing a business plan for each KA and responsible areas
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Excellent commercial network
• Have sense of urgency and agility even ambiguity circumstances
• Have a sense of entrepreneurship
• Nationwide transfer is acceptable
• Good communication skills both speaking and writing
• Business level English proficiency
• Computer operational skills (excel, word, power point, etc.)
• Leadership skills, Proactive approach & mindset
