Build a robust relationship with key daily contacts, be a team player, and support, drive, inspire and develop the KAM sales team to produce business plans which deliver excellent results.
Be responsible for the internal budget for the KAM team, as well as overseeing the external budgets and targets with each retailer.
Take joint ownership and responsibility, with the sales director, for maximizing sales opportunities within all channels, looking for ways to increase company's share within all appropriate channels whilst respecting the brand values and the strategic priorities.
Participating in international company projects.
