Main Responsibilities ? Provide all required indirect materials and procurement services, which mainly covers ATL services, including Data analytics & integration, Marketing research, shooting and etc. ? Propose and implement procurement ATL category strategies, optimize sourcing process, drive the cost savings and service level in compliance with procurement process. ? Responsible for negotiating supply agreements in regards to related category operative/strategic procurement activities and conditions with suppliers. ? Implement supplier selection, evaluation and development to continually strengthen vendor’s pool to support the growing demand and performance improvement. ? Strive for the early involvement of procurement to collaborate with suppliers and stake holders, to identify and obtain the potentials of innovation and cost. ? Handle purchase orders in SRM system (include North East Asia Marketing, mainland china, Taiwan and Hong Kong), update progress status, download data to analyse performance results. ? Understand stakeholder’s needs, manage exaptation and provide professional suggestion. ? Develop and maintain effective relationships with both key internal customers and strategic suppliers. Qualification & Experience ? Bachelor’s degree or above. ? Fluent English communication skills. ? SAP, SRM, Ariba experience in MM module. ? Above 6 years relevant working experience with proven results in indirect procurement. ? Strong skills in project management. ? Strong negotiation and influence skills. ? Goal and team-oriented, proactive and willing to learn & improve.
