    about the job

    As the Curriculum Manager, you will be responsible for developing and curating curriculum strategies

    • Assists to design, develop and manage curriculum strategies for Learning & Development in partnership with the Curriculum Programmes
    • Analyze data from specific sources to identify and recommend special development needs, curriculum requirements and research, design and recommend new learning and training methodologies
    • Organize learning events as required in collaboration with the Operations Partner, Content Partners and Training Partners
    • Design and develop course materials for a full range of management and leadership development programmes
    • Collaborate with different business and training partners on the development and curation of appropriate learning and development solutions, which encompasses the continuous improvement of programmes based on data analysis of evaluation responses


    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Director in Digital Academy, you will be assisting to design and curate specialized curriculum strategies for the L&D Department.

    skills and experience required

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of related disciplines, with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience in a curriculum designer or training development. Ideally, you should possess prior technical knowledge to handle data analytics and develop training methodologies, with a strong analytical mindset and adaptability.
