key responsibilities
The tasks of the Logistics Αssistant position include:
- Support smooth collaboration between logistics, warehouse, and production
- Coordinate with external 3PL partners for daily logistics operations
- Manage SAP tasks such as goods receipt, order bookings, and inventory checks
- Participate in warehouse improvement projects, including automation and robotics
- Organize and maintain logistics-related documentation
- Assist in transportation coordination with the Distribution Manager
- Monitor stock levels across raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods warehouses
experience
3-5 years of relevant experience Experience with logistics operations necessary
skills
- Communication, negotiating and influencing skills
- Numerate , strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Results driven , sound business judgment
- Teamwork and professional ethics
qualifications
- Degree in relevant field
- Proficient user of the Greek and English language
- Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office: Excel & Word
