A leader in the electrical industry is currently looking for a Contract Coordinator for their offices in Ville St-Laurent, QC. This key person will be in charge of supporting our internal sales and operations teams. She will be responsible for maintaining the contract files, communicating all updates and modifications, acting as liaison with our sales team, and managing our contract database. This is a 6 month contract with a strong possibility of permanent placement.Advantages- Flexible schedule. Monday to Friday 8 to 4:30 or 8:30 to 5- Training onsite. Hybrid schedule afterwards (onsite and remote) - $20-21/hr- Casual environment- Prorated vacation- Learning opportunity- Growing company, strong possibility of permanent placement- Accessible via public transitResponsibilities- Manage incoming emails for the department.- Process and upload contracts into AS400 system.- Analyze and create contract renewal files for the sales team.- Maintain an audit file for each contract that will include: the original contract, all correspondence, any modifications / changes, as well as clarifications.- Implement clear communication with different departments in order to ensure all contracts are complete.- Be the key technical contact for contracts by providing accurate, timely information to internal and external stake holders. - Closely track contract expiration dates and give appropriate notice of such dates to the owner.- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
