Learning Support Assistants are integral to the education and success of all students. They promote the learning and personal development of all students. You will provide support in the classroom and work with specific students, across all subject areas. We are looking for an experienced person to fill this post which contributes to our provision of the highest quality inclusion. You will work with students experiencing a variety of learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties, focusing primarily on supporting students to achieve their personal best. You will also have the opportunity to join our vibrant team. You will be calm, confident, organised and be able to create a positive learning environment.
The candidate will have:
Experience of working within a school environment or with young people
The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
